GTSAM uses a patched version of Eigen #11

Our current guess at a solution is:

  1. Package up the patched version of Eigen that comes with GTSAM
  2. Upload a tarball somewhere
  3. Use a branch on eigen_catkin that grabs this patched version.

There is a new branch in the catkin_eigen-repository that links to the gtsam-custom tar-file
