Fix model results path #121

Problem Description I noticed that my local path was hardcoded in the iris aeroparams file. (Probably this means no one actually tried the pipeline :sweat_smile:

This allows the user to either set a global path, or a relative path (relative to the root of the repository) for the model results file

Test Tested that both work with the script sitl_run.sh

Merging, since I think this is a obvious bug that needed to be addressed
