This PR addresses two things:

Computation of angular accelerations using numerical differentiation as more closely explained in #164
It adds an option to predict a model with flight data and a results file (containing the optimal coefficients obtained from a different model estimation). This helps for evaluating test flights separate from the train logs.

@manumerous Could you clarify what the intention of this PR is? It is hard to second guess by just looking at the code without any explanation

A yeah sorry. i was a bit in crunch mode before the presentation so the documentation fell a bit short I think. I will adapt the description.
