Problem Description
This PR adds dumping the model config into the model output yaml file. This is needed to incorporate information of the rotor positions, that is needed in https://github.com/ethz-asl/data-driven-dynamics/pull/89
While we can better curate what is written in the model output file, at least this PR provides enough information for the simulation integration.
