Adding xsens_description #50

Are you interested in adding urdf description of the xsens mainly for simulation purpose with gazebo ? We could move the actual files in a directory named xsens_driver and create a xsens_description pkg aside.

If it is useful for anybody and putting it alongside the driver is a good solution, I'd be happy to accept the pull request.
