Remove the explicit numbering from the figures and link any 2D axis
Remove errors in the RawSensorsPlot, SensorsPlot and VehicleStatusFlagsPlot which caused a crash
Add the vehicle_magnetometer and vehicle_air_data topics to the topic list

Tested with the fat log file and a SITL log file from the PX4 master.
