refactor dp calibration to airspeed scale calibration

Refactors the previous (hacky) differential pressure parameter calibration and replaces with an airspeed scale factor calibration script. Potential flow theory is compared to give a sanity check on the optimized scale.

• added airspeed scale factor calibration script
• improve calibration plots
• organized airspeed scale factor solver etc files into one
• added a few airframe / pitot configs for current ASL aircraft
• optionally load existing tube parameters from flight logs
• output new airspeed scale param value to be set on PX4
• fix incorrect sensirion sensor pressure constant for sdp3x
• add a simple analysis script for playing with different geometries of the potential flow theory

Unrelated to calibration:

• fix typo on topic check of actuator controls
