Fix field names for the airflow angle plots
Making the hall sensor calibration more robust
- Alternative method to detect the steps based on the standard deviation of the smoothed measurements
- Making sure the last step is detected as well
- Throw an error if not all steps are detected according to the input params
- Evaluate the polyfit on the input data points

I added a short description of each mode. I would keep both of them since there is no harm in my opinion.
