Add Estimator Status Plots #8

Add plots for the estimator status:
- control_mode_flags
- gps_check_fail_flags
- filter_fault_flags
- innovation_check_flags
- solution_status_flags
- test ratios
Fix for the link axes (link only x)

Figure 4 displays the combined sensor topic (sensor_combined), which is usually logged at a lower rate. In Figure 19 the individual sensor topics directly published by the drivers are displayed. Those topics are not logged by default.
