Move the topic mapping to a separate function and allow different mapping for different firmware versions
Add the missing flag for the estimator control mode.

Works fine. Nevertheless, GlobalPos plots fail on the previous EZG dataset (even after changing the version flag)

You mean this log file: 13_35_39? For me it still works.
