[WIP] fw landing pattern: include px4 flare params in calculations #48

only included in glide slope option
show flare length before touchdown on map and as uneditable in editor
added param arguments = flare alt., virt. alt.
loiter point auto adjusts to given distance when dragging land point
loiter point dragging only allows heading changes, fixes distance

TODO:

fly view does not modify flare length

Conflicts: src/MissionManager/FixedWingLandingComplexItem.cc

fyi - this works for the purposes of flying this week / next week / the demo -- the WIP tag just means it is not a final solution moving forward

edit: ughhh is this a more updated QGC even from two days ago? -- for some reason the identical changes I made on my branch off master are not populating the correct default values from the json in the FW landing pattern.... let me investigate for some minutes. functionality still works once you put in the numbers though
