DOCS: gh pages permissions errors on publish #51

The github pages for doxygen API has permissions errors, despite following the docs from the workflow.

This is blocking other PR's, so if I can't find a fix, I'll just remove that job till a later date. The more important thing is have a working doxyfile, and later document the public header fully (fix all the current doxygen errors).

Solved by removing the pages deploy job.
