add dockerfile and makefile #53

Please take a look at https://github.com/avcuenes/grid_map_geo/pull/1 which addresses all of the remaining concerns but preserves the functionality to build and run RVIZ.

Thanks for the contribution. If you can, mind submitting another brief PR to the README to document the makefile/dockerfile commands needed to run?
