Add install for executables #70

Adds install for general executables (all except the point_to_bearing_node because I'm lazy and can't test that).

Hi, just wanted to verify this works as expected. Unsure why this isn't the standard behavior as I was unable to even run the nodes without install. Should be merged IMO
