Reprojection of Target Visualization Improvements #581

Show reprojection stats (see below). I have also disabled reprojection when doing camera extraction (target pose is not recovered so can't viz to user, only IMU-to-CAM calib can). This originally caused a third window to show that would just be all black. Screenshot from 2022-11-24 01-33-27
