Adapt to newest transfolder changes, which now takes care of all network transfers. Instead of having one subscribers per robot there is no one subscriber taking key value pairs, where key is the robot name and value is the submap folder to be loaded. This way we don't need to explicitly configure robot names or connection information anymore but just assume someone is loading the submaps to the local file system and notifies the server.
