windows version? #209

I'm working on windows, is there anyone port this project to windows platform or planning to?

The Maplab depends on ROS 1, that only runs on linux. Generally it uses ROS Kinetic on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. So I fear that the path for a windows release should be really hard.
