This makes the rpg format exporter consistent with the expected dataformat (https://github.com/uzh-rpg/rpg_trajectory_evaluation)

timestamps in seconds instead of nanoseconds
filename consistent with what the rpg evaluation script expects (stamped_traj_estimate.txt)
