Process the TUMVI dataset with maplab 2.0. This pull request is also related to the pull request #266 in 2020 which has been outmoded.

Thanks for the contribution! I'll let jenkins test it in a bit. We have to update some stuff because of the github RSA key leak. Overall looks fine, I have some comments about bringing it to the newer format of launch files we have.
