Remove CMVS/PMVS and OpenVDB dependencies #124

OpenVDB is no longer needes, because we now use Voxblox for 3D reconstruction.
CMVS/PMVS will not be linked with maplab, because of its GPL license

@fabianbl yes, basically we will have an export function for the mapping data and an import function for the result. Since PMVS takes ages anyways, tightly coupling it would only force us to use GPL. (opensourcing or not)
