Temporarily reverts zeromq update. #126

Problem in network_interface tests:

E0807 08:21:56.508301 23578 network-interface.cc:102] Couldn't disconnect the ZeroMQ socket. Error number: 2, error message: "No such file or directory"
F0807 08:21:56.508388 23578 network-interface.cc:25] Check failed: disconnect()
