[planner/voxblox_node-12] process has died #65

Hello,

My environment is Ubuntu 16.04, EU 4.16.

When I run "roslaunch active_3d_planning_app_reconstruction example.launch ", I encounter the following error, and the drone only rotates in place.

Can you tell me what the problem might be?
