contains "nmpc_solver_setup_mrp_hex_shadow.m" for switching to shadow set #15

"nmpc_solver_setup_mrp_hex_shadow.m" is made for neo11 and has the logistic function math for switching to shadow set. You'll have to run this script first to generate solver before building.
