Hello, Yes, unfortunately, it is discontinued years ago. There was D435i which includes H/W synced IMU but it seems also discontinued. There is another interesting product from Intel, T265, that directly outputs odometry output from the sensor itself (https://www.intelrealsense.com/tracking-camera-t265/). We haven't tested this yet but it seems promising to run with not only ground vehicle but flying.
We provide some alternatives as mentioned here wiki page, https://github.com/ethz-asl/mav_dji_ros_interface/wiki/Visual-inertial-sensor. In principle, you can use any VI-sensors that are properly h/w time-synced with your IMU-Cam measurements. You can validate this by incorporating with any other VIO frameworks (e.g., ROVIO, VINS etc). Hope this answer to your question. Cheers,
