Issue with protobuf #709

Hello, I'm getting the following error as soon as a velocity message is published through a python script that i wrote. This only happens for omav (roslaunch rotors_gazebo mav.launch mav_name:=omav) and not for firefly.

sudo apt-get install protobuf-compiler command doesn't solve the issue

18 angular velocity inputs needs to be given (12 prop speed and 6 for the cant/tilt) and not 12.
