Update/stork simulation #32

Updates the simulation to work with OMAV3 (stork) urdf and control parameters.

Looks good, just remove the file if possible. I think we should merge it only if it's the plan to really only use the new drone from now on. Or maybe use squash merging to be able to go back easier.
