Add a list of reference to issues describing segmatch usage and results to give intuition on how to use the library

I would be very appreciated if you could upload an example of how to run segmap with online laser data. I have read through some issues but users didn't share their experience(their yaml file or launch file).

@wangyuwei2015 are you referring to using the SegMap descriptor? Otherwise the current demonstration instructions in the wiki should get you started.
