Update on GHA workflow #146

@vincentarelbundock The new workflow (#145) works correctly: it renders the docs and put thems in the gh-pages branch. I changed the settings in my Netlify account to use this branch to deploy altdoc's website.

If you're happy with that, we can now delete the docs folder here and put docs in gitignore.

Maybe also modify the vignette on deployment. Perhaps we can still leave a description of the old process, which is very simple and clear.
