img preamble in quarto #190

.import_readme() now uses the quarto preamble for vignettes

the preamble now includes a line to prevent adding the exension automatically.

not sure about the behavior in .Rmd.

I think you also need to add this line in the Rmd preamble, quarto_render() works with it
