1.0 refactor get_capture #40

Proposal for clean get_capture refactor which we've discussed for a long time.

Minor changes for users who only use color and depth.

Two new dataclasses are used: CaptureRequest and CaptureResult.

lpasselin commented 4 years ago

I propose to merge into master instead of develop if accepted.
