Compatibility changes for Qgis 3.0. #48

Some functions related to layers (identify, toLayerCoordinates, QgsRubberBand.addPoint) require the use of QgsPointXY instead of QgsPoint in Qgis 3.0. Other minor modifications to comply with QGis 3.0 API (QgsMapLayer.isSpatial, QgsGeometry.fromPointXY). We use a compat layer for monkeypatching in Qgis 2.x based on qgis2compat plugin by opengis.ch.

Downloaded this version from your fork after having problems with the plug-in in Qgis3. Glad to see that it works! Thanks for adapting the plug-in to Qgis 3.

Would be great to have this released.
