Fix possible infinite loop in responder_lite #144

When querying with asyncio pysnmp with uneven number of oids an infinite loop occurres

i merged the pull request on inexio/snmpsim the fork where we try to maintain the snmpsim for the community as much as we can, so as you got any questions write me or open an issue on this forked Repo. Whether you want to get to the snmplabs docu that is sadly not available anymore on the original site you can look at our website, we tried to recover what we could recover. Link is here.
