Compile the video server via haXe/PHP in order to be able to place the
server to a common hosting without instaling mod_neko

haxevideo does not need mod_neko since it's not a web server. However it needs 
you to
be able to install or copy neko and run on a custom server on a given port. I 
don't
think that common hosting allow this anyway.
