Error when trying to build haxevideo #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install haxe
2. download and unzip haxe haxeVideo-Beta3
3. run haxe video.hxml

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Output:
Command "nekoc" can not be found.
Error : Neko compilation failure

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Beta3 on Windows Vista Home Premium

Please provide any additional information below.
I have installed haxde as Administrator via win installer

Please install Neko as well from http://nekovm.org , and check that "neko" 
(should be
installed with haXe in c:\program_files\motion-twin\neko) is in the PATH.
