How to start TSplay at a position (set by the user) in the ts file ?

It seems to be not parameter or option to set a position file where starting 
the stream.

I use the last TSplay version on Windows7.

Do you have the project file to compile TSplay with Visual Studio 2008 on 
Windows ?
