u-boot nand write/write.yaffs cause nor flash data corrupt sometimes #8

使用 nand write/write.yaffs烧写nand很多次后，上电重启，会偶然发现nor上的数据丢失，需要重新使用h-jtag烧写。 偶然现象，原因尚不清楚。

2010.06.23，使用H-Flasher将无法启动的nor flash数据读出与原始数据使用WinHex做对比， 发现在CA，CB，FE，FF，1C6，1C7， 1F3， 206，207，272，273，2A6，2A7，2DF，380，381，408，435，461，48A，48B，4AC，4AD，5F4，5F5，650，651，77F，7C7，812，813，836，837，87C，87D，8E4，8E5，992，993，9C3，A0E，A0F，A37不同

重新烧写后，多次断电上电，再读取数据查看，没有发现有数据改变

after many testing, it seems this was caused by wrong operation. maybe, not very sure yet!

or wrong target position while writing something, nand write, cp.b ...
