OB-142 bugfixes for down migrations #3

Changed the ordering of migration-entries to descending like in db-migrate-base
Fixed the down-migration of the firstMigration example code

Checks fail because of that index-problem which has to be patched in ottoman. If I rebuild the latest valid master on circleci it gets the same error now.
