Env adjustment #8

it's needed for production machines on cloud docker, because these environment variables names are standardized there

Increment version or it won't publish, otherwise ok

master https://github.com/etops/db-migrate-couchbase/blob/master/package.json#L3 is on 0.0.9 and dev is on 0.0.5 ow-back is using 0.0.9 https://github.com/etops/ow-back/blob/dev/package.json#L37 so I guess we have to clean this up first, probably by merging master into dev
