publish for Scala 2.13.0-M4? #666

ScalaCheck 1.14.0 has been published for M4, so that should unblock specs2

some preparatory work was already merged in #664

I did most of the publishing today except for the specs2-mock module which sonatype is rejecting for no obvious reason (at least to me).

(for anyone wondering, the version published is 4.3.0)

I can see that 4.3.0 was published to Scala 2.13.0-M4, but not 2.12 and 2.11. Should we expect the same specs2 version for these three Scala versions?

I'll do it now. I've had some issues with sonatype but it seems to be responding a bit better now.

You're right, specs2-4.3.0 is now available for Scala 2.11, 2.12, 2.13.0-M4.
