2022-03-10T14+09:00 以降の混乱への暫定対応 #7

原因は未解明だが、取得プロセスに時間がかかり、SEGV や DNS エラーで落ちる割合が増えている。 さしあたり、 VPRN50 の取得を見合わせて様子をみたい。

ひとまず、VPRN50 を読まなくしたことにより、頻繁な SEGV が止まった。
