Uncertain of app state RE on/off toggle #1

I'm uncertain as to whether the toggle means 'on' or 'will switch on when pressed' when it reads 'on' and more broadly exactly when the app will send messages

Would like to configure a reminder task and then clearly enable it seperately (and be able to manually push reminders for it or turn it off via a seperate 'currently running' view)

Not sure if manually pushing a reminder should reset the current automatic timer or not

I think at least a 'next update will be sent at' would be pretty useful. And there could be a 'send update' button that just fires the service up would be good.

Next update time is now provided to the user. I don't want to add manual push as it's intended for when you're behind the wheel so users shouldn't really be interacting with it after turning it on.
