Added a simple guide on loading Osu charts in Etterna to Rebirth's help menu.

Addresses #1293

Minor nitpick -- your instructions would add a the songs to the ungrouped ""pack"" since they're directly under Songs, instead of "songs -> packname -> songname -> (stuff)"
