webm support gone? what happened to it dude come on (we probably broke it when messing with ffmpeg at some point i dont know) Stepmania 5.0.12 holds webm support in their song backgrounds, and apparently we don't.

Might be worth looking into how different videos and video types are synced. Most files I've seen with videos are badly to mildly desynced, usually starting far too early. I have seen one single file be completely accurate, so it's certainly possible, just need to narrow down what causes it to not work properly.

I can confirm the webm format worked in Etterna 0.60 and 0.61 32bit. It does not work in 0.61.1 64bit. It does work in 0.62.0 32bit. It does not work in 0.70.3 32bit.... ???
