Holds disappear earlier than end in specific song #993

Describe the bug Hold note disappearing before the hold is finished in COLOR (IN difficulty) in Otaku's Dream 9th Anime Mix

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Play through COLOR (IN difficulty) in Otaku's Dream 9th Anime Mix The hold notes in question are at 0:57

Expected behavior The hold note to disappear after the hold is finished

Additional Context This happens regardless of song rate and noteskin I have never experienced a second example of this happening outside of this specific song

This is because of a hold being overshadowed by a stop section in a song. It's possibly intended. Needs investigation. Works fine on xmod
