add support for Hypercore protocol #5

I just finished watching your excellent presentation from the IIIF 2022 conference!

Are you familiar with the Hypercore Protocol as a similarly distributed/peer-to-peer data sharing protocol? It would be another great option to support in etu-cli.

I'd be happy to introduce you to the Hypercore community if needed or you can join the community Discord server.

Thank you for your interesting in ETU. Hypercore seems great, although I would like to evaluate it before integrating it to ETU. Do you have any brief idea about how fast it is now compare to IPFS or Filecoin?
