COMX-35 emulation misses keystrokes #9

on Linux: COMX-35 emulation misses a lot of my keystrokes if I type even at moderate speed (reported by Mark)

I think this is fixed for the COMX. Also VIP and VIP II are somewhat improved. Pecom and TMC 600 are not changed as their key handling is too complex to get working 'faster'.
