Port to Desktop using OpenGL and OpenAL. Either LWJGL or JOGL/JOAL.

Explore provising one or two automatic packaging scripts:
- Web Start
- Getdown
- Install4J and exe4j
- Launch4J
- jsmooth

Would it be possible to deploy pulpcore applets using Java Web Start like
mentioned
here?: http://java.sun.com/javase/6/webnotes/deploy/applet-migration.html

Is it possible to port to desktop using 100% pure java (without the hardware
accelerated interfaces)?
Ideally I would like to have just a single executable jar that can run a game
in pure
Java for the project I am working on (however I'm going to try using an applet
anyway, just because the demos work better than any other toolkit I have tried
so
far, amazing work!).

Please take a look at my project. If you have any further questions then just
ask :-)

Has any headway been made in making pulpcore run in swing, like illustrated in
this
old thread?

I would have posted in there, but it's a pretty old thread :D

@Piotr.Korzuszek I tried the jnlp apps a few months ago and they looked really
promising, but I am not able to access your site anymore. Could you post a link
to
the git repository if you are still making it available?
