fix: fixed issue where index page results in a 403 error #531

The federation contract page generates a 403 error in the final production deploy. This is probably caused by referencing towards the index.html, which is removed from the URL (e.g. https://documentation.dataspace.copernicus.eu/APIs/openEO/federation/backends/).
