[IMPORTANT] sentinel-5p: invalid catalog link #548

Unclear how this could every pass review, but links to the catalog for sentinel-5p data are simply invalid: https://documentation.dataspace.copernicus.eu/Data/SentinelMissions/Sentinel5P.html
