ES: ECDSA Signature Length #285

@Santivicen I've checked your Test Files with the ECDSA Signatures and it seems that some of them have a size bigger than 64 bytes (around 96+ bytes) Can you crosscheck that?

@bhavin-qryptal It seems that the CI script doesn't see this kind of signature errors. Can you crosscheck it as well? (File 401.json for ES)

@SchulzeStTSI , Currently test is flagging that for 401.json signature could not be validated as XFAIL. I believe, this is correct. Please provide bit more details if you are expecting different behavior from the test script. This is a known issue as reported @ https://github.com/eu-digital-green-certificates/dgc-testdata/issues/228
